He offers Viking and Celtic jewelry, forged items, and those things you've always wanted but never been able to find, like fencing gauntlets and feast gear. Moreover, he has excellent historical links.

http://www.brisa.fi Brisa is a knifemaker's supply in Jakobstad, Finland. It's an excellent place to find hand-forged Nordic blades and tools. Dennis Holmbacka is the owner, and an excellent knifemaker in his own right. If you have knives of your own you'd like to display, you can upload them to Dennis' site.

BACKWOODS Ltd., Knives by J.E.B. ...Jim Burrichter (that's pronounced "Burkster") is a fine knife maker in the Scandanavian style. His sheaths are as good as his knives. He was showcased in a recent issue of A.G. Russel's "The Cutting Edge." Reach him at (816) 587-5857, in Kansas City, Mo.

SOUMI SHOP. They're in Wolf Lake, MN., just down the road from Lake Woebegone, and they don't have a website.
